In order to better serve the economic and social development of the entire region, since the beginning of this year, Liandu District has accelerated the standardization construction through the "three transformations", vigorously implemented and promoted the standardization strategy, established and improved the standardization work system and mechanism, and consolidated the foundation of standardization work.

One is that proactive service never changes. Actively provide on-site guidance to enterprises and continue to promote the work of self declaration of enterprise product execution standards. As of now, there have been 101 enterprises covering 607 products, and a total of 530 standards have been publicly announced on the platform. Among them, 109 new standards were announced in 2019. Three standardized pilot projects at the city level, including the "Maximum Run Once" reform grassroots extension, high-quality homestay themed activity services, and agricultural cultural experience services, have been accepted. Among them, the "Maximum Run Once" reform grassroots extension and high-quality homestay themed activity service projects have been rated as excellent, accounting for 50% of the outstanding projects in the city.

The second is to focus on promoting "qualitative" transformation. Taking the opportunity of cultivating the "Made in Zhejiang" brand, we will promote Zhejiang Qianlin Sewing Equipment Co., Ltd. to carry out the "Made in Zhejiang" certification, becoming the second enterprise in Liandu District to pass the product label certification. Guide Lishui Zhengxiang Pen Industry Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Ailaiyi Down Products Co., Ltd. to respectively lead the development of the "Made in Zhejiang" group standards for the "Ink Bag Water Core Tap Pen" and "Lock Down Fashion Down Clothing". We have invited standardization experts multiple times to conduct on-site research and guide companies such as Wankong Electric and Ouyi Valve in preparing to apply for the "Made in Zhejiang" group standard project proposal.

The third is to seize opportunities and seize "quantity" changes. To fully leverage the positive role of technical standards in promoting regional economic and social development, guided by the spirit of innovation, implement a comprehensive standardization strategy, actively promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into technical standards, strive to expand the application of standards in social governance, public services, and other fields, encourage and guide advantageous enterprises and institutions in their jurisdiction to actively participate in standard formulation and revision work, and seize the "discourse power" of standards. Since the beginning of this year, our district has established one national standard, one industry standard, two Zhejiang manufacturing standards, and three municipal local standards; We have issued 1 national standard, 1 provincial and local standard, and 7 municipal and local standards.
