Seven standards in Lishui City were approved, and the ink pocket fountain pen of Lishui Zhengxiang Pen Industry Co., Ltd., an enterprise in Liandu District, was listed among them.

Made in Zhejiang is a vivid practice of "Made in China 2025" in Zhejiang, which is synonymous with high-quality and high-level local manufacturing. Through standard guidance, manufacturing enterprises can be guided to deeply carry out benchmarking and compliance activities, accelerate the pace of technological transformation, comprehensively improve product technology, process equipment, energy efficiency and environmental protection, enterprise management, product services, and other levels, ultimately improving the quality and efficiency of the economic supply side, and driving industrial transformation and upgrading.

Since 2015, Liandu District has actively promoted the cultivation of Zhejiang manufacturing standard brands, and has successively formulated and issued the "Opinions of Liandu District on Strengthening the Creation of" Made in Zhejiang "Brands" and the "Three Year Action Plan for Liandu District's" Made in Zhejiang "Brand Cultivation (2016-2018)", achieving clear plans, scientific plans, and orderly promotion. At the same time, corresponding support policies have been added. For enterprises or organizations that primarily or participate in the formulation of "Made in Zhejiang" product standards, rewards will be given according to the same policy as "industry standards". Leading formulation is 200000 yuan, participating formulation is 50000 yuan, and enterprises that have passed the "Made in Zhejiang" brand certification will be rewarded 200000 yuan. As of now, the region has issued and implemented three "Made in Zhejiang" standards, and three products have passed the "Made in Zhejiang" certification.

Next, Liandu District will increase the cultivation of Zhejiang manufacturing brands, from the "hard core" transformation and upgrading of enterprises to the multi-dimensional and multi-level assistance of enterprises' diligent "internal force" development of corporate culture.
